$35 Billion is still $420 Billion per year
The Federal Reserver chairwoman, Janet Yellen, said that the Fed will continue to purchase at a rate of $35 Billion per month. Shaving off $10 Billion in stimulus per month.
This is still a total of $420 Billion per annum.
