UN’s Ban Ki-moon and John Ashe address the G77 and China
On January 8, 2014 UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and General Assembly President John Ashe addressed representatives of the Group of 77 and China.
The chairmanship was handed over from His Excellency, Foreign Minister, Ratu Inoke Kubuabola to Bolivian President Evo Morales.
At the meeting Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon reiterated his wishes for the group to focus on the 2015 MDG goals, specifically anti-poverty measures.
